About me

Hi! My name is Rashielle Teape. I’ve overcome my phobia of writing self-bios to provide a little insight into myself and my work!

I was born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica, then moved to Miami, FL and I’m now settled in in Atlanta, GA. I’ve been working for myself for the past two+ years, freelancing for clients and selling art online.

I’ve been a graphic designer for over six years, but I’m what you’d call a “multi-hyphenate”. I’m also a writer, yoga instructor and passionate environmentalist and wellness-enthusiast. I have a Bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Florida (go Gators!) and years of experience working in marketing and communications roles.

All of my skills, experiences and interests come together to contribute to my work, both personally and with clients. I’m fortunate to have worked with clients from notable non-profit organizations like Zoo Miami Foundation, to small businesses and projects.

My style includes combining powerful photos and typography, as well as hand-drawn illustrations. I’m constantly inspired by nature and all its elements, my culture and experiences, and I try to inject a sense of humor wherever I can.
